Privacy Policy: Playtomic Club Level Sync

Effective Date: April 9, 2026

1. Data Accessed The Playtomic Club Level Sync application (“the App”) interacts with the following Google user data:

  • Spreadsheet Content: We access specific cell values (primarily Column D) in the user’s active spreadsheet to identify player level updates.
  • Script Metadata: We access the script project to install and manage triggers (onEdit, onChange) on the user’s behalf.

2. Data Usage and Purpose The App processes Google user data solely to provide player level synchronization. The data is read from the spreadsheet and transitionally processed to format an HTTPS POST request. This request is sent to a secure synchronization webhook (Make.com) which then updates the Playtomic internal database. We do not use this data for any secondary purposes, such as marketing or profiling.

3. Data Sharing We do not sell or trade Google user data. Data is shared only with the following third parties for the specific purpose of synchronization:

  • Make.com: Data is transmitted to our designated, secure webhook endpoint for processing.
  • Playtomic Internal Database: The final destination of the synchronized level data. All sharing is strictly limited to the technical execution of the user-initiated synchronization.

4. Data Storage and Protection Playtomic does not store Google user data on any persistent script servers. The data is handled transitionally in RAM during the execution of the script and is encrypted during transit via HTTPS/TLS 1.2 or higher. Access to the script code is restricted to authorized Playtomic developers.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Retention: We follow a "Zero-Retention" policy. Google user data is deleted from the script's memory immediately after the synchronization request is completed.
  • User-Controlled Deletion: Users can stop all data processing and delete the automation contacting no-reply@playtomic.io.

6. Limited Use Disclosure The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
